John Cavill founded Tennis Works in 2000. The organisation has been built on passion and persistence for improving tennis. The Tennis Works model has evolved rapidly over the years, starting out as John’s personal coaching business. The business then took on other coaches to run tennis venues across Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale. In 2006 the model changed rapidly to ensure growth and sustainability, with all the coaches taking on their own programmes in the clubs and using Tennis Works as a support to help them grow their business. This is when the Tennis Works Affiliation came into existence. Since then, the services and support for the coaches has improved and adapted to cater for their needs and now we can offer a package to any coach that will help them improve themselves and their business.
