Above all I will make sure that your fish is the tastiest and freshest that you would expect, I may even be able to temp you into cooking with fish that you may not have had the courage to try before. My new venture is to provide a service in which you can order your fish direct, and can have it delivered to your door, I have already built up a great customer base in the area’s that I visit, but would like to reach all the customers that cannot get to me, or live close enough to the areas in which I serve.
